After a report last month from Bloomberg hinted at the idea of a PlayStation handheld coming in the next few years. Digital Foundry has backed the report saying that they “had seen and heard” of a PlayStation handheld months ago but did not report on it. With the Bloomberg piece published Digital Foundry confirmed much of the report and said that they expected prototypes are already developed, though did warn fans we are still years away from any sort of official release.
